將藥材投入提取罐內,加入5—10倍的溶劑如水、乙醇、甲醇、丙酮等(根據工藝要求)。開啟提取罐加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong),使(shi)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)至沸騰20--30分(fen)鐘(zhong)后,用(yong)(yong)抽(chou)濾(lv)(lv)管(guan)將三(san)分(fen)之一的(de)(de)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)抽(chou)入(ru)。關(guan)閉提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)統(tong)(tong)與夾套熱(re)水(shui),開啟(qi)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)罐(guan)直(zhi)(zhi)統(tong)(tong)與加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)使(shi)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)汁溫度保(bao)持(chi)在80℃左右,真空度保(bao)持(chi)在-0.05到-0.09MPA,濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)時產生的(de)(de)二次(ci)蒸(zheng)汽經過冷凝(ning)(ning)器與冷卻器變(bian)成冷凝(ning)(ning)液(ye)(ye)(ye)回流(liu)至提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)做(zuo)新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)藥(yao)(yao)里,新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)由上而下通過藥(yao)(yao)材(cai)層到提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)底部(bu),藥(yao)(yao)材(cai)中的(de)(de)可溶(rong)(rong)性(xing)成分(fen)溶(rong)(rong)解于提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)內溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji),提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)經抽(chou)濾(lv)(lv)管(guan)抽(chou)入(ru)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)罐(guan),濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)產生的(de)(de)二次(ci)蒸(zheng)汽又送至提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)做(zuo)新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji),形成新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)回流(liu)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu),直(zhi)(zhi)至完全溶(rong)(rong)出(chu)(提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)無色)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)繼續(xu)進行,直(zhi)(zhi)至濃(nong)(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)成需要的(de)(de)比(bi)重藥(yao)(yao)膏,提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)無色液(ye)(ye)(ye)體可下次(ci)復用(yong)(yong),若是有(you)機溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu),則先(xian)加(jia)(jia)適量水(shui),開直(zhi)(zhi)統(tong)(tong)與夾套熱(re)水(shui),回收溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)后,將渣排掉。
設施包括行式有正錐式、口蘑式、直筒式、斜錐式、倒錐式。能作靜止導入,也可表明生產銷售工藝技術需求,搭配摻和器作動態展示導入。1、主罐體,帶夾套及保溫層,上都有人孔,下有汽缸的控制出渣門開關按鈕,勞作屈服強度低。2、 收集器,大部分用到消失煎煮中草藥時所產生的海綿,并以免藥流空氣壓縮中的藥渣進冷卻器。3、 空調蒸發器劑器,主要是角色為藥液蒸汽發生器采取空調蒸發器劑與雙氧水收集。3、 閉式冷卻塔后器,重要效用對空氣閉式冷卻塔液與溶媒展開閉式冷卻塔后。4、 油人體水剝離 剝離 器,最主要的用途在提油時,經降溫的再利用液去油剝離 ,以提升需求的果香油。5、 液氣溶合器,溶合汽液以防放空時的介質液體帶出罐外。6、 打料器,打料缸內的貨物,使之提煉的固態里面有用因素能光滑調溫與可以煎煮出來,有益于于出渣。
